Short Zine for the TTRPG F.I.S.T

A scientist invents a weather manipulation machine and uses it to stop a hurricane from hitting Florida, making him a target for CYCLOPS who want him imprisoned and his inventions locked in a vault. He is now hiding in a weather station in Bolivia and made a permanent hurricane around his base as deterrent for anyone trying to catch him.
